I have spent an entire day

after church that is

working on these...

They are art canvases

decoupaged and decorated

with scrapbook paper

stamped images

wooden embellishments

glass

fibers

and even a little bit of OKI beach sand!

Those big empty spaces

are actually hand-made photo pockets!

All most supplies are Close to My Heart

to good use! ; )  )

Whew.

They were to have been a gift

for a baby shower

yesterday.

Oops.

I think

they are worth the wait! 

I won't mention

how many times I cut that crab

(and how many wordy durds I said while doing it!)

NOT for babies ears, I assure you!

But

they are finished!

I will deliver them

to the parents to be

sometime this week

or next.

For now,

it's time for a rum drink

a good book

and some rest!
